A Service Now Administrator job in Cincinnati, OH 45215 is currently available through Belcan at one of our key aerospace clients. As a Service Now Developer/Administrator you will work in a fast-paced Agile environment supporting the Service Now Platform. You will administer and support multiple Fed Ramp Service Now instances to meet the unique business needs of our users and stakeholders.
You will work with cross-functional teams including architects, business analysts, developers, product owners and other stakeholders to understand, and provide solutions across different applications on the Service Now Platform. You will perform production support including incident resolution and troubleshooting.

Job Duties- Configures and develops on the Service Now platform including routine changes or configuration and adjustments as requested
- Provision, install, configure, operate, and maintain the Service Now platform
- Perform daily, weekly, monthly system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of Service Now applications
- Collaborate with Platform and Delivery teams to perform Service Now upgrades and patching. Coordinate system updates across different instances, ensure latest patches, and configuration changes
- Assist with report configuration, dashboards, and maintenance and perform operational administrative tasks, as needed
- Actively collaborates with other teammates to perform code reviews, discuss new developments and projects, and shadow other junior admins/developers as needed
- Support the administration for Production and non-prod instances
- Collaborate with the Production Support and Service Now Operation teams to monitor support cases
- Document administrative processes and issues resolution
- Working with business line stakeholders to develop clear requirements.
- Participate in the daily scrum meeting and other related Agile ceremonies
- Responsible for performing daily administration, issue resolution, and troubleshooting of the Service Now platform for any reported problems across all instances.
- 3+ Years' experience with Service Now Platform Administration
- 3+ Years of experience with Application
Experience:
Incident, Problem, Change Management, Knowledge, Service Catalog, ITOM/CMDB - Current Service Now System Administrator (CSA) certification required
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
Experience diagnosing performance related issues - Priority consideration given to a candidate that possesses a current Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) for SPM and/or APM certification
- Due to the nature of the work performed, US Citizenship is a requirement
- Active Secret Clearance IS REQUIRED!

We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position is offering an salary rate of $95,000 to $115,000 however, Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline. Benefits offered may include health care, dental, vision, life insurance; 401(k); education assistance; paid time off including PTO, holidays, and any other paid leave required by law.
