Senior Test Specialist

We are seeking a Senior Automation QA Analyst to support Agile Scrum teams in delivering high-quality, scalable applications. This role requires deep expertise in automation testing across APIs and UI, along with a strong emphasis on accessibility compliance and modern web technologies.

• Design, develop, and execute automated test frameworks for both API and UI testing
• Collaborate with Scrum teams to ensure quality is embedded throughout the development lifecycle
• Validate application functionality using both automated and manual testing techniques
• Perform API testing using tools such as Postman
• Write and execute complex SQL/T-SQL queries to validate data integrity
• Ensure applications meet accessibility standards (ADA, WCAG 2.1/2.2)
• Analyze defects, troubleshoot issues, and partner with development teams for resolution
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and frameworks

• 5+ years of experience with automation testing frameworks (API & UI)
• Strong understanding of:
  • HTTP/HTTPS protocols
  • REST and SOAP APIs
  • 3+ years of hands‑on experience with C# and .NET, including LINQ, Generics, and .NET 6
  • 3+ years of experience in T‑SQL, including writing complex queries
  • 3+ years in QA with a focus on accessibility tests
• Strong knowledge of ADA compliance and WCAG 2.1/2.2 standards (Level A & AA)
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across cross‑functional teams
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
