AI Governance Specialist

Agility Partners is seeking a qualified AI Governance Analyst to fill an open position with one of our clients in a highly regulated industry where AI governance is becoming mission‑critical. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing AI Governance program and help shape how responsible AI is implemented across the organization. In this role, you will support the development, oversight, and continuous improvement of AI governance policies while partnering with cross‑functional teams.

You’ll gain hands‑on exposure to AI risk, compliance, and enterprise governance practices in a collaborative environment.

• Assist in the development, documentation, and maintenance of AI governance policies and procedures
• Support monitoring, tracking, and reporting of AI governance metrics and compliance activities
• Collaborate with IT, compliance, risk management, and business teams to align AI initiatives with governance standards
• Participate in AI risk assessments, audits, and governance‑related meetings, including documentation and follow‑ups

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work across teams
• Basic understanding of AI technologies, data, and governance principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to manage documentation, reporting, and administrative tasks efficiently
• Internship, academic, or project experience in AI, data governance, risk, or compliance is a plus
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements or industry standards related to AI or technology governance
