IT Project Manager Job Cincinnati area,Ohio USA,IT/Tech

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and manage a variety of technology initiatives across multiple business functions including Operations, Finance, Sales, and Marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving projects from inception through completion while collaborating closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to ensure successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and develop project plans for successful IT project delivery
Collaborate with consultants, technical teams, and IT resources to ensure project deliverables and technology standards are met
Establish effective communication plans and governance rhythms with project teams and stakeholders
Coordinate cross-functional resources to ensure project requirements are achieved and drive necessary changes when needed
Lead software testing cycles including writing and executing test scenarios
Create and maintain project documentation including requirements backlogs, test plans, schedules, and status reports
Follow SDLC and software release management processes including Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and overall delivery performance

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Engineering, Business, or related field
5+ years of professional IT Project Management experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Copilot
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, MS Planner, Base Camp, Teamwork, or similar platforms

Preferred Experience

Experience with TPM, RGM, ERP, Planning, BI, or WMS applications
Exposure to enterprise software implementations and business transformation initiatives
