Senior Citrix Team Lead & Global SME; CVAD, DaaS

Job Overview

Senior Citrix Team Lead / Subject Matter Expert to lead global Citrix operations in a large enterprise environment. Requires deep technical expertise in Citrix platforms and hands‑on experience within Export Control Environment Industry.

• Act as Citrix SME for design, deployment, troubleshooting, and optimization.
• Manage and support Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops (CVAD)/DaaS, Citrix Workspace, Citrix ADC (Net Scaler)/Gateway, Citrix Director & WEM.
• Design, build, and deploy new Citrix sites and environments.
• Manage GPOs, Citrix policies, SSL certificates, MFA, RDS, and licensing.
• Partner with application teams to publish, upgrade, and support applications.
• Support separation and transformation initiatives across business units.
• Ensure security compliance, patching, and operational stability.

• 10+ years in enterprise IT / End User Computing environments.
• Export Control Eligible.
• Expert level Citrix experience in large, global environments.
• Experience supporting Citrix servers and thousands of applications.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Client‑facing experience and support/operations project leadership.
• Incident / request management skills.

• Base salary range: $100,000 to $120,000 per annum.
