AWS Conversational AI Tech Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled AWS Conversational AI Tech Lead to design, develop, and implement AI-driven conversational solutions using AWS services. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AWS Connect, LEX, Lambda, and other AI/ML services, coupled with strong programming and data science expertise. You will lead end-to-end implementation, integrate microservices, and leverage Generative AI technologies to deliver innovative solutions for clients.

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of end-to-end AWS conversational AI pipelines using AWS Connect, LEX, Lambda, Polly, Transcribe, Translate, S3, Kendra, RAG, QnA, and Q Business.
• Build and integrate Lambda functions and AWS service endpoints for real-time applications.
• Apply AI/ML algorithms, including NLP techniques, for model training, tuning, and optimization.
• Design and implement microservices for conversational agents and AI applications.
• Develop and maintain Python-based applications and Flask APIs, with experience in Postgre
  
  SQL or other relational databases.
• Utilize Generative AI technologies effectively and demonstrate expertise in prompt engineering for improved AI responses.
• Monitor and optimize system performance using AWS Cloud Watch and other monitoring tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, manage project timelines, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Mentor team members and provide technical guidance on AI/ML best practices and AWS implementations.

• Hands-on experience with AWS services:
  Connect, LEX, Lambda, Polly, Transcribe, Translate, S3, RAG, Kendra, QnA, Q Business
• Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in Flask APIs
• Experience with Postgre
  
  SQL or other relational databases
• Knowledge of AI/ML algorithms, model tuning, and data science workflows
• Experience in Microservices architecture, NLP, and Conversational AI solutions
• Proficiency in Generative AI and prompt engineering
