• Provide desktop support for faculty/staff desktop systems, including Mac, Windows, and Linux systems, software, and peripherals.
• Install, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, and peripherals (printers, scanners, etc.) for Windows users and a few Mac clients.
• Provide consultative, technical, and training support services.
• Remove computer spyware, adware, and viruses.
• Create and maintain all documentation associated with this position: hardware and software installation and configuration, PC inventory, etc.
• Create, configure, and modify user accounts within Active Directory on Windows Server.
• Configure smartphones and tablets to access Exchange e‑mail accounts.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Enrolled at a post‑secondary institution or a secondary school.
• Enrolled at least part‑time (one or more credit hours if at a post‑secondary institution), except for summer term, or will be a registered student during the next academic term.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 11 systems, software, and peripherals.
• Experience with Mac and Linux system administration, including system monitoring, troubleshooting, and software updates is a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to quickly learn specialized applications.
• Familiarity with CEAS IT and University labs and policies.
• Knowledge of basic networking concepts.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Flexible and willing to accept changes in priorities as necessary.
• Strong attention to detail.
