Senior Manager AI governance

You will lead the development and expansion of our AI Governance and AI Security sector, combining strategic business development, technical leadership, and market positioning.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy for AI Governance and AI Security services, including AI engineering oversight, AI architecture, AI risk, compliance, and secure AI system design.
• Drive client acquisition and expand existing relationships through tailored AI governance and security solutions.
• Lead interdisciplinary teams to deliver innovative, secure, and compliant AI projects aligned with client expectations and regulatory requirements.
• Design and implement AI governance frameworks, security architectures, and risk management models for enterprise clients.
• Monitor AI market trends, regulatory developments (e.g., EU AI Act), and emerging security threats to position the firm as a trusted leader in responsible AI.
• Represent the firm externally through thought leadership, industry events, partnerships, and strategic networking.
• Contribute to building scalable service offerings, methodologies, and intellectual property within the AI Governance and Security domain.

• Extensive experience in strategic planning and execution of AI growth initiatives, with deep expertise in AI Governance, AI Security, AI architecture, and AI risk management.
• Proven track record in business development, client acquisition, and successful delivery of complex AI initiatives.
• Strong understanding of AI regulatory frameworks, model risk management, secure system design, and enterprise governance structures.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across technical, regulatory, and advisory domains.
• Strong executive presence with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Established professional network within the AI, cybersecurity, or regulatory technology ecosystem.
