Full-time, 1099 Contract (Exempt).

Location:

Cincinnati, OH and Midwest Region, USA. Pro Sidian consulting offers environmental facilitation services to EPA and other government clients.

Provide technical writing support for environmental management projects, creating agendas, facilitation plans, and user‑friendly materials for virtual and in‑person events.

• Develop technical documents—including agendas, materials, facilitation plans.
• Create user‑friendly content for virtual and in‑person facilitation events.

• Strong technical writing background.
• Understanding of EPA terminology and formatting for technical documents.
• Experience with environmental science or EPA‑specific language.
• Experience with technical writing for training and workshops.

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications or related field.
• 3–5 years of technical writing experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Adobe, and other technical writing tools.
• High‑level organization, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to understand complex technical concepts and present them simply.
• Ability to meet milestones and delivery schedules.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Strong teamwork, leadership, business acumen, communication, motivation, agility, judgment, and organization.
