Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in an IT Service Desk or technical support role.
- Strong understanding of Windows and/or macOS operating systems.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Exchange, and Office 365 administration.
- Knowledge of networking basics (IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
- Experience with ITSM ticketing tools (e.g., Service Now, Remedy, Fresh service, Jira).
- Basic understanding of remote desktop and remote support tools.
