We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead enterprise technology initiatives and oversee strategic vendor relationships for a large retail client. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing complex technology programs, coordinating with cross‑functional teams, and driving accountability across vendors and internal stakeholders.
This role requires excellent communication, financial acumen, and the ability to operate effectively within a matrixed enterprise environment. Experience with IBM partnerships, Maximo/EAM platforms, and hardware vendor oversight is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities- Lead enterprise technology programs from planning through execution and delivery
- Manage relationships with large vendors and ensure accountability for deliverables and timelines
- Coordinate across IT, Finance, Accounting, Operations, and executive leadership teams
- Drive program governance, risk management, reporting, and stakeholder communication
