* ** Service Now Admin /Developer*

+ Perform daily, weekly, monthlysystem monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of Service Now applications
+ Collaborate with Platform and Delivery teams to perform Service Now upgrades and patching. Coordinatesystem updates across different instances, ensure latest patches, and configuration changes
+ Assist with reportconfiguration, dashboards, and maintenance and performs operationaladministrative tasks, as needed
+ Actively collaborates withother teammates to perform code reviews, discuss new developments and projects, and shadow other junior admins/developers as needed
+ Support the administration for Production and non-prod instances
+ Collaborate with the Production Support and Service Now Operation teams to monitor support cases
+ Document administrativeprocesses and issues resolution
+ Working with business linestakeholders to develop clear requirements.
+ Participate in the daily scrummeeting and other related Agile ceremonies
+ Responsible for performing daily administration, issue resolution, and troubleshooting of the Service
Now platform for any reported problems across all instances.

* + 3+ Years' experience with
Service
Now Platform Administration
+ 3+ Years of experience with Application
Experience:
Incident, Problem, Change Management, Knowledge,Service Catalog, ITOM/CMDB
+ Current Service Now System Administrator certification required
+ Strong experience in system administration and Java Script
+ Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
+ Experience diagnosingperformance related issues
+ Agile experience
+ Current Service Now System Administrator (CSA) certification required
+ Priority consideration given tocandidate that possess a current Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) for SPM and/or APM certification
** Desired Skills*
* + Service Now Development and Administration/Integration
+ Service Now Certified Application Developer
+ ITIL v3 or ITIL v4

* + Bachelor-s or Master-s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
