Overview

Data Architect with strong experience in SAP S4

HANA transformations responsible for end to end data management including Data Migration, Data Archiving, Data Quality and Governance.

• Data Architecture Strategy
  :
  Define and own end to end SAP S4
  
  HANA data architecture and data lifecycle strategy with deep understanding of ECC and S4
  
  HANA data management. Design data lifecycle management covering creation, usage, retention, archiving and purge. Align data strategy with business processes, compliance and S4
  
  HANA data model.
• Data Migration
  :
  Lead ECC to S4
  
  HANA data migration including profiling, cleansing, transformation, mapping, validation, reconciliation and cutover. Hands on expertise in SAP Migration Cockpit, SAP BODS, SAP SDI and ETL frameworks ensuring business sign off and audit traceability.
• Data Archiving, Data Volume Management
  :
  Design and implement pre and post S4
  
  HANA data archiving strategy to reduce data footprint, migration effort and system risk. Strong experience in SAP Archiving, ILM and DVM including retention rules, archived data access and audit compliance.
• Data Quality & Governance
  :
  Define data quality rules, validation frameworks and KPIs. Establish data ownership, stewardship and governance models. Drive resolution of data quality issues, duplicates, inconsistencies and obsolete data. Ensure audit ready documentation and traceability.
• Stakeholder Delivery Management
  :
  Work closely with business, functional, technical and compliance teams. Conduct data workshops and lead data-related decision forums. Identify data risks and drive mitigation plans. Support UAT and business sign off and transition to support teams.

• 15 years of experience in SAP Data Management & Data Architecture
• Strong experience on SAP S4
  
  HANA transformation programs
• Hands on experience with SAP Archiving, ILM and DVM
• Strong understanding of ECC and S4
  
  HANA data models
• Excellent stakeholder communication and ownership mindset

Variable Compensation:
This position includes a bonus or variable payout component based on individual and organizational performance. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and job level and additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Depending on the position offered, other forms of compensation may be provided as part of overall compensation like an annual performance-based bonus, sales incentive pay and other forms of bonus or variable compensation.

Salary: $145,000 - $155,000 per Year
