Job Description # Service Now Developer/Administrator
* Configure and develop on the Service Now platform, including routine changes and adjustments.
* Provision, install, configure, operate, and maintain the Service Now platform.
* Perform daily, weekly, and monthly system monitoring to verify the integrity and availability of Service Now applications.
* Collaborate with platform and delivery teams to perform Service Now upgrades and patching.
* Assist with report configuration, dashboards, and maintenance.
* Collaborate with teammates to perform code reviews and discuss new developments.
* Support the administration for production and non-production instances.
* Collaborate with production support and operations teams to monitor support cases.
* Document administrative processes and issue resolutions.
* Work with business stakeholders to develop clear requirements and participate in daily scrum meetings.
