Dynatrace SME

The Dynatrace Subject Matter Expert (SME) will play a pivotal role in optimizing our application performance monitoring and observability strategies. This role requires deep expertise in Dynatrace, ensuring that our team effectively utilizes the platform to drive insights and improve system performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in application monitoring, performance tuning, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary expert on Dynatrace, providing guidance and best practices for implementation and usage.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Dynatrace into our monitoring and observability framework.
• Analyze application performance metrics and provide actionable insights to enhance system efficiency and user experience.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, alerts, and reports to monitor system health and performance.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for team members to promote best practices in using Dynatrace.
• Stay updated on Dynatrace features, industry trends, and emerging technologies to ensure the organization is leveraging the platform to its fullest potential.
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues in collaboration with development and operations teams.
• Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing related to Dynatrace processes and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience with Dynatrace, including configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of application performance management (APM) and observability principles.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architecture is a plus. Excellent analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
• Relevant Dynatrace certifications are highly desirable.
