UKG Advanced Scheduler Retail Lead (Associate Manager/Manager)

This role focuses on leveraging UKG Advanced Scheduler solutions within the retail industry to deliver strategic workforce management initiatives. The Lead works closely with teammates to maximize the value of client investments in workforce management. The primary goal is to understand client needs, apply expert knowledge and best practices, and deliver solutions on time, within budget, and with exceptional quality.

• Provide advanced-level knowledge of the UKG Dimensions or Workforce Central Advanced Scheduler module for retail clients.
• Lead all aspects of workforce management configurations, implementations, modifications, and upgrades of time and attendance initiatives, including gathering requirements, conducting gap analysis, and designing solutions.
• Participate in and contribute to pre‑sales and sales strategies.
• Facilitate complex working sessions for internal and client teams, defining strategic objectives and tailoring them to meet client‑specific needs.
• Create detailed functional and technical design documents, test plans, test cases, user training documents, and implementation documentation.
• Analyze complex data or facts, summarize findings, and present results in a compelling way.
• Provide thought leadership to develop new or improved processes, methodologies, systems, tools, and services that enhance client operating environments.
• Mentor and transfer knowledge to the consulting base.
• Track administrative expenses and perform time‑keeping duties required for billing.
• Travel as required (0–100% depending on business need and client requirements).

• Minimum 3 years of experience with the UKG Dimensions or Workforce Central Advanced Scheduler module.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working in or with the retail industry.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years of work experience). An associate’s degree is acceptable with equivalent experience (minimum 6 years).

• Minimum 5 years of experience presenting to executive‑level audiences.
• Experience creating strategic communication pieces for executive audiences.
• Certification in UKG Dimensions or Workforce Central Advanced Scheduler module with at least 2 years of related experience.
• Ability to work on complex, fast‑paced projects in a collaborative team setting.
• Capability to handle escalated issues, understand client needs, and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Strong analytical skills to summarize and present findings compellingly.

Compensation is based on location, role, skill set, and experience. • California: $73,800 – $218,800
• Cleveland: $68,300 – $175,000
• District of Columbia: $78,500 – $201,300
• Illinois: $68,300 – $189,000
• Maryland: $73,800 – $189,000
• Massachusetts: $73,800 – $201,300
• Minnesota: $73,800 – $189,000
• New York: $68,300 – $218,800
• New Jersey: $78,500 – $218,800
• Washington: $80,200 – $201,300
