The Quality Assurance Lead will spearhead all quality-related activities throughout the testing life cycle (STLC & SDLC) for the nCino Loan Origination Application.

• Serve as the first point of contact during the entire testing life cycle, ensuring project QA deliverables and quality standards are met.
• Build custom objects, fields, dependent picklist values, validation rules, page layouts, search layouts, tabs, workflow rules, approval processes, and defined actions such as tasks, email alerts, outbound messages, and field updates for the nCino Loan origination application.
• Build and test APIs using SOAP UI for REST services, validating responses and response times.
• Create test scenarios and automation scripts on Katalon Studio, execute scripts during release activities, and track defects or tasks on the Digital AI (Version One) tool.
• Identify potential risks or issues, propose mitigation plans, and discuss them with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Development, and Build teams to define testing scope and estimate QA efforts based on requirements.
• Define, review, and approve QA activities such as testing strategy, system test plans (STP), test scenarios, and test cases/automation scripts in partnership with the PO, BA, and development team.
• Coordinate with Development and Configuration Management teams to deploy to test environments using Dev Ops tools such as Jenkins and Git Hub for continuous integration and continuous delivery.
• Participate in concept definition sessions to comprehend business requirements and prepare impact analyses for integrated applications.
• Conduct walkthroughs with stakeholders or Product Owners on business and functional requirements.
• Lead Defect Review Board meetings with PO, BA, and development team to resolve defects.
• Perform end‑to‑end testing, database testing, API validation, functional, system integration, and regression testing; provide evidence walkthroughs to PO and development team and secure approval for test coverage.
• Generate QA metrics, defect metrics, and system test reports (STR) for each release, and share them with release management and governance teams for review.
• Review and approve all deliverables before sign‑off.

• Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Electronics Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering Management Information Systems, Information Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Software Development Engineer in Test, Software Quality Assurance Analyst, Software Quality Assurance Tester, Test Engineer, Software Engineer Test, Senior Engineer‑Testing, Associate Engineer‑Testing, or a similar role.
• Proficient in SOAP UI, Katalon Studio, Jenkins, Advanced Query Tool (AQT), Java, Git Hub, Quality Center, Advanced Query Language (SQL), HP Mobile Center, Perfecto, and HOGAN IBM Mainframe.
• Willingness to relocate to client sites across the United States (unanticipated locations).
