DX Marketing Acceleration Project Manager

Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, DX Marketing Acceleration, AEMEA, this role accelerates specific portfolio brands in AEMEA against missions set by Global Brand Teams. The role turns missions into focused acceleration plans, runs fast learning cycles, and partners with markets, agencies, and global teams to deliver measurable growth. The role is hands-on, data-driven, and strongly focused on impact and return on investment.

What

you will do
  • Translate brand missions into clear acceleration plans: objectives, metrics, actions, owners, and timeline.
  • Run rapid learning cycles: plan, execute, evaluate, and improve growth initiatives across marketing and commerce.
  • Partner with markets and agencies to improve execution quality, speed, and consistency; ensure best practice adoption.
  • Manage performance tracking: dashboards, insight generation, and clear recommendations tied to business outcomes.
  • Share learnings: document playbooks, what worked, what did not, and scaling guidance for other brands and markets.
  • Stakeholder management: align global brand teams, regional stakeholders, and markets; elevate risks early.
What you will need
  • University degree or equivalent
  • Experience in digital marketing and commerce execution preferred
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, electronic commerce, brand growth, or digital transformation roles
  • Proven experience delivering growth through campaigns, conversion optimization, media, content, and commerce levers
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and external agencies
  • Experience demonstrating strong brand growth and digital execution capability, with the ability to translate strategy into clear plans, measurable actions, and effective business outcomes across the consumer journey from awareness to conversion.
  • Strong analytical and insight-to-action mindset, using data, testing, and performance evaluation to continuously optimize initiatives and improve results.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to align and influence global and local stakeholders across functions, markets, and regional/global headquarters, including close collaboration with teams in Japan.
  • Strong project management, prioritization, and execution capabilities, balancing speed, quality, compliance, and business impact in dynamic environments.
  • Curious, proactive, and adaptable, with a willingness to test new approaches, learn quickly from results, and continuously improve ways of working.
  • High ownership, resilience, and accountability mindset, with the ability to drive initiatives forward and maintain momentum through complexity and change.
  • High level of PowerPoint and presentation skill required
