OverviewAs a Service Now Senior Consultant, you will lead Service Now Transformation teams in a rapidly growing area of the business. It is a client-visible role with opportunities to showcase leadership, develop teams, and establish new client relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborating with clients to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring that the final product meets their needs.
- Designing and developing user interfaces that are functional and enhance user experience.
- Writing clean, maintainable code and creating specifications that support business objectives.
- Regular travel may be required to meet with clients and engage stakeholders.
- Act as a workstream lead across all aspects of a Service Now IT/OT Asset Management project and solution delivery including but not limited to design, configuration/development, testing and deployment phases.
- Ability to manage and mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 3–5 resources including offshore resources.
- Provide guidance and industry-leading practice expertise for Service Now IT/OT Asset Management process implementations, including how specific business objectives can be met through process and technology transformation.
- Ability to analyze a company’s IT/OT Asset Management people, process, and technology capabilities, provide leading-practice recommendations and contribute insights to strategic roadmaps.
- Ability to advise on the connectivity of the CMDB and IT Operations Management to ITSM processes.
- Experience with Service Now AI capabilities, including Now Assist, AI Agents, and AI Control Tower, and their application across ITAM, HAM, SAM, OT asset management, and CMDB-driven workflows.
- Familiarity with Armis or similar OT/IoT asset intelligence platforms to support asset discovery, risk context, vulnerability prioritization, and Service Now workflow integration.
- Ability to shape AI-enabled asset management roadmaps that improve asset visibility, compliance, lifecycle risk management, operational resiliency, and business value.
- Ability to lead client process and design sessions and facilitate requirements workshops with functional and/or business process area subject matter resources.
- Experience in waterfall and agile delivery models – including supporting management activities such as planning, status reporting, budgets and risk and issue logs.
- Ability to create high-quality deliverables and project artifacts.
- A bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar discipline.
- Typically, no less than 2–4 years relevant Service Now IT/OT Asset Management project experience.
- Service Now Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- Minimum of 2 of the following Service Now certifications:
- Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – Hardware Asset Management
- Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – Software Asset Management
- Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – Data Foundations
- 3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience
- Excellent soft skills – communication (written/verbal), adaptability, problem solving, teamwork, relationship building, dependability, and organization
- Experience leading teams and supervising others
- A driver’s license valid in the U.S.
- Ability to travel to meet client needs
- Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – Discovery
- Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – Vulnerability Response
- Performance analytics and reporting experience – certifications are a plus
- Experience in Service Now’s AI solutions (Now Assist, Agentic, AI Control Tower)
- Experience with Armis and other OT asset tracking platforms (e.g., Nozomi)

- Base salary range for all geographic locations in the U.S. is $102,500 to $187,900. For selected metro areas, the range is $122,900 to $213,400.
