User Support Analyst
Winton Woods City Schools Community Building - Cincinnati, Ohio
Winton Woods City Schools is seeking a skilled and dynamic User Support Analyst to join our technology team. This position will focus on implementing and supporting advanced technologies that serve the goals of the district and handle escalations from technical staff for challenging issues.
Job OverviewUser Support Analysts act as a subject matter expert on the assigned technologies and processes needed by the Technology Center. They are the primary point of contact for their subject matter and cross‑train other staff to maintain continuity of service for the department.
Responsibilities- Demonstrate technical expertise in the IT systems the district uses, or equivalent systems.
- Continuously grow skill set through practical work experience and professional development.
- Employ strong critical thinking, problem solving, and scientific method skills to resolve complex technical issues.
- Work independently with a resilient mindset.
- Possess interpersonal skills such as empathy, teamwork, conflict resolution, and relationship building.
- Conduct themselves with professionalism and adhere to workplace norms.
- Self‑direct, prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and stay organized.
- Practice good communication skills, including verbal, written, and non‑verbal, and ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
Preferred Experience:
- Prior experience in K‑12 education technology support.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, Windows/iOS environments, networking, and classroom technology.
- Experience with help desk ticketing systems and remote support tools.
- Industry certifications.
