We are seeking a Data Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in designing and building scalable data management systems and enabling data-driven innovation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.

• Design, construct, install, test and maintain data management systems.
• Build high-performance algorithms, predictive models, and prototypes.
• Ensure that all systems meet the business/company requirements as well as industry practices.
• Integrate up-and-coming data management and software engineering technologies into existing data structures.
• Develop set processes for data mining, data modeling, and data production.
• Create custom software components and analytics applications.
• Research new uses for existing data.
• Employ an array of technological languages and tools to connect systems together.
• Collaborate with members of your team (e.g., data architects, the IT team, data scientists) on the project’s goals.
• Recommend different ways to constantly improve data reliability and quality.

• Business Intelligence - Data Engineering
• Data Build Tool (DBT) for Development & Maintenance of Data Models
• Data Stage
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• 4+ years of experience in data engineering or related fields

• Experience with Encompass
• Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC)
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Dev Ops practices: SAFe Agile
• Advanced certifications or specialized training
• Prior experience working in financial services
