We are seeking a skilled professional with strong analytical capabilities combined with Equipment Finance domain expertise to support commercial leasing platforms. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, vendors, and IT teams to configure systems, manage integrations, and ensure seamless data flow across enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will bridge business requirements and technology solutions while adhering to best practices in system integration and configuration.

Business Requirements & Analysis

• Serve as a subject matter expert in Equipment Finance commercial leasing, including originations, onboarding, servicing, and lifecycle management and apply functional knowledge within Equipment Finance platforms.
• Act as a liaison between business, IT, and external partners to ensure successful delivery of integration initiatives.
• Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into clear system configuration and integration requirements.
• Develop use cases, process flows, data mappings, and functional specifications to support implementation efforts.
• Support UAT activities by defining test scenarios, validating results, and ensuring alignment with business expectations.

System Configuration & Vendor Platforms

• Configure vendor-based Equipment Finance platforms to meet business requirements, including rules, workflows, and parameters.
• Work with vendor partners to resolve configuration issues and drive optimal system utilization.

Data Management & Integrations

• Analyze and map data between source and target systems, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Understand end-to-end data flows and integration touchpoints across enterprise systems.
• Support integration projects involving internal applications, third-party platforms, and services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data and integration issues in collaboration with technical teams.

• 5+ years of experience across business and technology that support Equipment Finance commercial leasing.
• Experience working with vendor application hosted on-premises and/or on-cloud.
• Proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.

• Excellent requirements gathering and documentation skills.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Working knowledge of system integrations, data mapping, and data flows.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to balance business priorities with technical constraints.
• Experience in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
• Exposure to commercial lending/leasing processes.

• Strong understanding of Equipment Finance business processes.
• Exposure to multiple Equipment Finance platforms or leasing systems.
• Familiarity with APIs or modern integration techniques is a plus.
• Prior experience leading or guiding integration initiatives.
• Ability to work independently while contributing as part of a collaborative team.
