Job Title
QA / Release Manager IV
LocationCincinnati, OH – onsite
Payrate$56/hr on W2

- Strong analytical skills to break down complex problems and identify effective solutions
- Understanding of relevant tools, platforms, or programming languages
- Oversee the integration, testing, and deployment of systems, planning releases including features and enhancements.
- Coordinate release plans and deployments with Agile Squads and Program teams.
- Support deployments, monitor issues, and ensure environment management.
- Liaise with QA, Production Support, Development, Agilists, Product Owners, and Business Stakeholders to determine future environment needs and build Release Plans.
- Enforce Release Management Standards to ensure successful releases.
- Participate in driving the strategy of the Release / Environment team.
- Drive and coordinate the deployment of code and hardware changes while ensuring consistency and availability of environments to support the existing roadmap.
- Create full Release Plans from QA to Post Production planning.
- Build strong working relationships within IT.
- Monitor and guarantee uptime of environments.
- Identify, assess, manage, monitor, and report risk while operating within the Bank's risk appetite.
- Control test environments and configuration management.
- Experience working with QA, Production Support, and Development teams.
- Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience with Continuous Integration tools.
- Experience with Environments and Release Management in large-scale transformations (a plus).
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills to break down complex problems and identify effective solutions.
- Understanding of relevant tools, platforms, or programming languages.
