Job Title
Responsibilities
Attend meetings with potential clients to determine technical and business requirements and ensure that all necessary information is collated prior to producing a solution. Understand the Oracle BOM and validate the fitment to customer requirements. Provide technical solutions in a professional manner and to agreed time frames. Create and confidently deliver technical presentations internally and externally. Deliver training on solutions and provide product support to channel partners, internal stakeholders, and customers.
Create internal design configuration documentation including data flow technical diagrams with explanations. Work with Oracle Support Product Management to provide feedback on issues with current products/services. Create technical designs for bespoke solutions. Sell technical solutions to the customer with professionalism and enthusiasm. Structure and produce compelling sales proposals/commercial and technical documentation outlining the cost savings and business benefits to customers.
Assume responsibility for running a bid team, whenever required. Interface with the implementation/project team, articulating customer requirement, to ensure smooth transition from Sales to Delivery.
In depth technical and functional understanding on the below. Minimum hands on experience of 3 years with at least 2 of the below cloud products are mandatory. Oracle Fusion Sales Service Cloud Sales Life Cycle Service Management Enterprise Contracts Subscription Management Self Service Management (Custom Php/Oracle DCS) Groovy Scripting Oracle CPQ Cloud BMQL BML Scripting Model Configuration Pricing Oracle Eloqua Responsys Campaign Management Landing Pages Templates Response Management Oracle Field Service Cloud Capacity Planning Forecasting Activity Routing Oracle BI / Oracle Analytics Cloud Integration SOAP/REST Services Oracle Integration Cloud Monitoring Troubleshooting Oracle Database Tables/Views/Procedures/Index Performance tuning concepts Oracle PaaS Licensing Concepts Oracle Licensing PaaS HW Sizing Recommendations Comfortable working with application platforms including Windows and Linux based server systems to recommend resources required for hosting or running applications.
