Technical Project Manager

We are seeking an accomplished Technical Project Manager with over 7 years of hands-on experience in Advanced Java Concepts. In this role, you will spearhead the planning and execution of complex IT projects, combining your robust technical background with proven project management skills. The ideal candidate will be adept at coordinating both internal teams and external vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

• Project Planning & Implementation:
  • Lead the planning and implementation of IT projects, clearly defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets while effectively managing resources.
• Coordination & Execution:
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the seamless execution of projects.
  • Manage any changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using rigorous verification techniques.
• Performance Measurement & Reporting:
  • Utilize appropriate tools and techniques to measure project performance.
  • Report and escalate issues to management as needed to ensure transparency and timely resolution.
• Risk Management & Post-Project Evaluation:
  • Proactively perform risk management to minimize potential project risks.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify key elements of success and areas for improvement.
• Stakeholder & Vendor Relationship Management:
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with third parties/vendors.
  • Create and keep comprehensive project documentation that supports clear communication and accountability.

Basic Qualifications:

• Educational Background:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (required).
• Professional
  
  Experience:
  • Proven working experience as a Technical Project Manager within the IT sector.
  • Over 7 years of specialized experience in Advanced Java Concepts.
• Technical Expertise:
  • Solid technical background with hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
• Communication & Client Management:
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and drive project success.
