Sr. Test Engineer
To develop and execute test project plans, assist the project lead in managing schedule, resource allocation and managing projects on a day to day basis
Principal Accountabilities:
- Review requirements and provide inputs to Leads
- Work closely with other team members and ensure development of test cases, test scripts and test data for functional and non functional testing
- Ensure peer reviews of test cases and all related artefacts and document review defects
- Execution of test cases as per requirements
- Track and log defects while ensuring that the test results are uploaded timely
- Participate in analysis and support team in performing root cause analysis
- Provide regular updates to team leads for on time and quality delivery
- Manage the development of supporting documents and knowledge base from testing results for further reference
