Service Now Administrator/Developer
Service Now IT Operations Management - Cincinnati (Midwest)
Lead/Consultant Code development will be limited to scripting and you will be involved in normal admin activities. You must be an experienced Service Now administrator with a track record in implementing SN in a highly regulated enterprise environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform day-to-day administration of the Service Now platform.
- Maintain the integrity of the Service Now platform across production and non-production instances.
- Perform installation and testing of updates and new releases.
- Assist in troubleshooting patch / release management issues.
- Build reports, gauges, and home pages.
- Maintain Service Level Agreement (SLA) and monitor SLA workflows.
- Create and use update sets to move configurations between systems.
- Service Now (P2 - Intermediate)
- JavaScript (P2 - Intermediate)
- Service Now WEB Services (P2 - Intermediate)
- Asynchronous JavaScript and XML (AJAX) (P2 - Intermediate)
