Service Now Lead

We are seeking an experienced Service Now Lead to serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. This role requires a strong communicator who can translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications, while ensuring sustainable configurations and adherence to best practices within the Service Now platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business users to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear technical specifications for development and configuration teams.
• Enhance user experience by leveraging Service Now out-of-the-box features and minimizing technical debt.
• Mentor and guide Service Now developers and administrators.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for Service Now capabilities.
• Lead and coordinate work across multiple geographies and diverse cultures to ensure seamless collaboration and delivery.
• Provide strategic guidance on Service Now module usage and integrations aligned with organizational goals.
• Stay current with emerging Service Now capabilities, including AI and predictive intelligence, and recommend adoption where beneficial.

Mandatory

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in a Service Now Lead role.
• Hands-on expertise across multiple Service Now modules (e.g., CSM, CMDB, ITSM, ITOM).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams across regions and cultural contexts.

Required

Certifications:

• Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
• Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITSM, ITOM, or CSM.
