Service Now Lead
We are seeking an experienced Service Now Lead to serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. This role requires a strong communicator who can translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications, while ensuring sustainable configurations and adherence to best practices within the Service Now platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business users to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear technical specifications for development and configuration teams.
- Enhance user experience by leveraging Service Now out-of-the-box features and minimizing technical debt.
- Mentor and guide Service Now developers and administrators.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for Service Now capabilities.
- Lead and coordinate work across multiple geographies and diverse cultures to ensure seamless collaboration and delivery.
- Provide strategic guidance on Service Now module usage and integrations aligned with organizational goals.
- Stay current with emerging Service Now capabilities, including AI and predictive intelligence, and recommend adoption where beneficial.
Mandatory
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in a Service Now Lead role.
- Hands-on expertise across multiple Service Now modules (e.g., CSM, CMDB, ITSM, ITOM).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams across regions and cultural contexts.
Required
Certifications:
- Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
- Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITSM, ITOM, or CSM.
