We are looking for an experienced Teamcenter Administrator with hands‑on expertise in Teamcenter installation, configuration, upgrades, cloud deployment, and AI enablement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing Teamcenter environments across Linux and Windows, integrating CAD systems, deploying Active Workspace, and enabling AI capabilities to optimize PLM processes.
Core Responsibilities- Install, configure, and maintain Teamcenter environments (2-tier, 4-tier, BMIDE, SSO, SSL) and Active Workspace components.
- Enable and manage Teamcenter AI capabilities to enhance system functionality.
- Install/configure CAD integrations, dispatchers, and other related Teamcenter components.
- Execute Teamcenter upgrades, patches, and hotfixes in on‑premises and cloud environments.
- Deploy Teamcenter on IaaS cloud models and manage cloud migration activities.
- Use scripting languages (Shell, Perl, Python, TCL) to automate Teamcenter administrative tasks.
- Ensure data integrity during bulk migrations and system upgrades.
- Test workflows, configurations, and integrations post‑deployment to ensure functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system errors, performance issues, and data anomalies.
- Monitor application and database performance in the cloud and optimize configurations.
- Maintain detailed documentation for cloud environments, including processes and configurations.
- Act as a liaison with Siemens support (GTAC), IT teams, and product owners to resolve issues.
- Lead, mentor, and groom Teamcenter administration teams in migration and upgrade projects.
- Strong Teamcenter administration experience, including installation, configuration, and upgrades.
- Hands‑on experience with Teamcenter AI enablement.
- Experience managing Teamcenter on Linux and Windows environments.
- Expertise in deploying Teamcenter Active Workspace and related components.
- Knowledge of Teamcenter Deployment Center.
- CAD system integration experience.
- Proficiency in scripting languages for automation (Shell, Perl, Python, TCL).
- Experience in cloud deployment (IaaS) and migration projects.
