Sr. UI​/UX Product Designer

Senior Product UI/UX Designer – Cincinnati, OH

Vaco is hiring a Senior Product UI/UX Designer for a highly stable Cincinnati-based organization located fully onsite in downtown Cincinnati, OH.

Vaco has a unique opportunity to lead the first major redesign of the company's website in over 10 years. You'll serve as the design lead on a highly visible initiative, partnering with leadership, marketing, content, and technology teams to create a modern digital experience that drives engagement, lead generation, and business growth.

• Lead UI/UX design for a large-scale website redesign
• Create modern, premium B2B digital experiences using Figma
• Develop and maintain component-based design systems
• Design responsive, mobile-first user experiences
• Collaborate with content teams to simplify complex financial and investment concepts
• Optimize landing pages, forms, and calls-to-action to improve conversion rates
• Use analytics, user research, and A/B testing results to inform design decisions
• Partner closely with developers and CMS teams throughout implementation
• Provide guidance and mentorship to a junior designer

• 5+ years of Product Design, UI Design, or UX Design experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating measurable improvements in user engagement and conversion
• Expertise in UI design, UX fundamentals, information architecture, and user journeys
• Experience building and working within design systems
• Advanced proficiency with Figma
• Experience with responsive and mobile-first design
• Familiarity with GA4, Hotjar, Adobe Analytics, and SEO best practices
• Experience collaborating with development teams and CMS platforms (Sitecore preferred)
• Understanding of usability testing and accessibility standards (WCAG)

• B2B enterprise environments
• Financial services, wealth management, asset management, or fintech
• Experience designing lead‑generation and content‑driven websites
• Ability to translate research and analytics into actionable design solutions
