Job DescriptionThe System Support Manager Senior will lead the Core RAFT Support US team, providing technical and analytical support, and driving initiatives that shape global commerce.
What You’ll Own- Assigns and monitors work of team providing technical and analytical support and direction, interfacing with external clients or employees on technical matters as needed.
- Provides leadership for area of responsibility, including planning, coaching, recruiting, selection, performance development and mentoring.
- Consults with management to analyze IT needs, determine scope, objectives, and priorities of projects, system capacity, budgeting, and IT acquisitions.
- Acts as escalation point of contact for production‑impacting incidents, providing technical direction and escalation to other support groups as needed.
- Broad knowledge of IT functions, including systems design and development, systems planning, programming, operations, architecture, data processing, data security, networks, systems support and analysis.
- Excellent decision‑making, problem‑solving, organization, prioritization, team‑building, conflict resolution and time management skills.
- Proven project management skills on multiple large or complex projects with significant impact, risk or value to the organization.
