IDMC IICS Technical Lead

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement enterprise‑scale ETL/ELT solutions using Informatica IDMCIICS, including CDI, CAI, CDQ, Data Governance, and Metadata Management.
• Architect and perform solution reviews, enforce development standards, and ensure best practices across on‑prem and cloud environments.
• Lead technical teams and mentor Data Engineers, managing delivery across onshore and offshore teams.
• Design scalable batch and real‑time data pipelines, utilizing Snowflake architecture (data modeling, SnowSQL, virtual warehouses, streams, tasks, dynamic tables, data sharing, performance optimization).
• Integrate data across cloud and on‑prem platforms using IDMC and Snowflake.
• Perform data quality governance, metadata, and security enforcement.
• Utilize SQL development for query optimization, data transformations, and database performance tuning.
• Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, architects, and leadership to influence technical decisions and drive engineering excellence.

• Minimum 10 years of hands‑on experience with Informatica and 5 years with Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC).
• Proficient in Snowflake: architecture, data modeling, SnowSQL, virtual warehouses, streams, tasks, dynamic tables, data sharing, performance optimization.
• Strong SQL, data transformations, and performance tuning.
• Experience designing scalable batch and real‑time pipelines.
• Deep understanding of Data Warehousing, Dimensional Modeling, Data Lake, and modern data platform architectures.
• Knowledge of Azure, AWS, or GCP cloud platforms.
• Leadership and mentorship of cross‑functional engineering teams.
• Data quality governance, metadata management, and security principles.

• Python, Shell scripting, Git, CI/CD, and release management.
• Snowflake Cortex, Snowpark, and AI/ML integrations.
• Informatica MDM, Data Catalog, and Data Marketplace.
• Data Quality, Data Observability, and Master Data Management solutions.
• Domain experience in Insurance or Financial Services.
