Systems Support Manager Senior

Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a System Support Manager Senior to join our ever evolving Core RAFT Support US team and help shape the future of global commerce.

What you’ll own Assigns and monitors work of team providing technical and analytical support and direction. Interfaces with external clients or employees on technical matters as needed.

Provides leadership for area of responsibility including planning, coaching, recruiting, selection, performance development and mentoring.

Consults with management to analyze information technology needs and determine scope, objectives, and priorities of technical projects, technical systems capacity, budgeting requirements and IT acquisitions.

Escalation point of contact for production impacting incidents. Provide technical direction and escalation to other support groups as needed.

What you’ll bring

Broad knowledge of information technology functions including information systems design and development, systems planning, programming, operations, architecture, data processing, data security, networks, systems support and analysis

Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, organization, prioritization, team-building and conflict and time management skills

Proven project management skills of multiple large and/or complex projects, i.e., projects involving many activities and deliverables or that have a major impact risk/value to the organization
