Legal Tech Innovation Analyst
We are seeking a Legal Tech Innovation Analyst to join a law firm's Client & Innovation Office in Cincinnati, OH. This position is perfect for an individual with knowledge of legal processes, a passion for solving technological challenges, and the ability to enhance the use of tools like AI, contract analysis, and document automation for legal professionals.
Roles:- Aid attorneys and legal teams in implementing legal technology in daily operations
- Assist in planning, setting up, and launching projects utilizing platforms like Kira, Luminance, or Legora
- Create user-friendly resources, including guides, FAQs, and checklists
- Provide training, demos, and ongoing support for designated applications
- Monitor usage, collect feedback, and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with various departments and external vendors to implement tech solutions
- Stay current on legal tech trends and advancements
- Understanding of law firm operations and legal workflows
- Hands-on experience in legal tech support, project coordination, or workflow enhancement
- Ability to grasp new technology and communicate effectively with users
- Familiarity with legal tech tools like Kira, Luminance, Opus 2, or Harvey
- Experience with AI-enabled legal processes or workflow automation
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and reporting tools
- Capacity to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Preferably a college degree in a related field
