We are seeking an experienced Senior Storage Engineer to lead the design, engineering, operation, and optimization of enterprise backup, recovery, and cyber resilience platforms supporting mission-critical workloads.
Key Skills & Responsibilities- Design and manage enterprise-scale backup & recovery architectures.
- Serve as a technical lead and escalation point for data protection platforms.
- Ensure high availability, recoverability, and ransomware resilience across hybrid environments.
- Lead initiatives involving IBM Storage Protect, IBM Storage Defender Data Protect, Commvault, and Rubrik.
- Drive disaster recovery, ransomware protection, and enterprise data protection strategies.
- Strong experience in enterprise backup & recovery solutions.
- Expertise in IBM Storage Protect / Defender, Commvault, and Rubrik.
- Hands‑on knowledge of disaster recovery planning, cyber resilience, and hybrid infrastructure.
- Excellent troubleshooting, leadership, and stakeholder communication skills.
