We are seeking a Project Technician to join our team for the summer.

• Device Deployment & Logistics: Prepare and deploy laptops, Chromebooks, tablets, carts, and peripherals.
• Hardware & System Support: Perform device imaging, hardware swaps, and general inventory support.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Provide break/fix assistance and resolve basic hardware, software, network, and account issues.
• Documentation: Track and document all work performed in ticketing and asset management systems.

  Work closely with project leads, service desk staff, and warehouse teams to support large-scale technology initiatives.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with staff, students, and end users to ensure projects remain on schedule.
