We are currently seeking candidates for an Artificial Intelligence Engineer position located at our corporate office in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Position Summary
:
The AI Engineer develops and deploys AI‑driven solutions that strengthen clinical, operational, and financial performance across the organization’s behavioral health service lines. This role blends machine learning engineering with advanced Power BI development to deliver predictive insights, automate documentation workflows, improve access and engagement, and support whole person care. The engineer works closely with clinicians, quality teams, care coordinators, and leadership to ensure AI solutions are ethical, compliant, and aligned with behavioral health best practices.

• AI & Machine Learning Development
• Build and deploy machine learning models that support behavioral health use cases
• Power BI Development & Integration
• Build advanced Power BI dashboards that integrate AI outputs, predictive insights, and automated analytics.
• Develop DAX measures, data models, and custom visuals to support complex analytical needs.
• Embed AI‑generated insights into Power BI reports for operational and executive audiences.
• Develop tools that reduce manual work, improve data quality, and accelerate decision‑making.
• Partner with analysts, clinicians, operations, and leadership to identify AI use cases and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Contribute to the organization’s AI strategy and roadmap.

Education
:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
Experience
:

• 3+ years of experience developing machine learning models or AI solutions.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, data modeling, and advanced visualization
• Ability to translate complex AI concepts into business‑friendly insights
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills
• Curiosity and a passion for innovation
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment
