G6 Technologies is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide on-site Tier 1/2 end-user support for Microsoft 365, with a focus on SharePoint administration and general help desk operations. You will triage tickets, manage SharePoint permissions and site collections, and assist users with M365 apps.
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in help desk roles, solid M365/SharePoint knowledge, and excellent customer service skills. This is a full-time on-site position based in Cincinnati.
