We are seeking an experienced Product Manager - Data Platforms & ET
L to lead the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management of enterprise data products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data platforms, ETL pipelines, data product management, and retail sales data ecosystem
s. This role requires exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills to support legacy transaction log and ETL-based data products while driving customer migration to a modern retail sales data platform
- Own the product roadmap and lifecycle for enterprise data platforms and data products.
- Support and enhance legacy transaction log (T-Log) and ETL data products.
- Lead customer migration initiatives from legacy data platforms to modern retail sales data platforms.
- Define product vision, requirements, and success metrics for enterprise data products.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into actionable product features.
- Drive continuous improvements in ETL processes, data quality, and platform performance.
- Monitor product adoption, customer feedback, and KPIs to guide future enhancements.
- Ensure data governance, security, compliance, and best practices are incorporated into product development.
- Communicate product updates, roadmap, risks, and dependencies to executive leadership and stakeholde
rs.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in Product Management, Data Product Management, or related roles.
- Strong experience with enterprise data platforms and data product lifecycle management.
- Solid understanding of ETL pipelines, data integration, and data warehousing concepts.
- Experience supporting legacy transaction log (T-Log) data and ETL-based systems.
- Experience leading migration initiatives to modern cloud or enterprise retail sales data platforms.
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Ability to prioritize competing initiatives while managing multiple stakeholders.
