SAP Basis Basics

SAP BASIS with AWS profiles on priority. Eight plus years of experience in AWS cloud platform and with major focus on Building VPC, Security and Automation. Should hold AWS Architect certification. Excellent in Sap BASIS and underlying Relational DB (Oracle preferred). In depth knowledge and hands on experience with the full range of cloud service providers/solutions in AWS. Defining and executing on the technology migration strategy by engaging highly technical teams within AWS.

Proven track record of effective technical roles in complex migration and implementation projects. Knowledge or architecting cloud solutions in AWS and supporting application migrations to a AWS. Hands on Experience in setting up AWS Cloud resource including VPC, Route 53, IAM, EC2, S3, ELB, EBS, Cloud Formation, Cloud Watch, Cloud Trail, SSM, Security Groups, Auto Scaling, Json. Experience evaluating existing application design and making recommendations for enhancing applications to leverage cloud technology and services.

Engaging with customer development, infrastructure, security, and IT operations teams and identifying repeatable patterns and architectures for cloud migration. Assessing migration feasibility, identifying dependencies, and determining common infrastructure platform components. Experience working with distributed teams in different time-zones. Knowledge in handling SAP ECC and S4 workloads. Perform client copies and system refreshes. Install and configure HANA landscape with HA and DR setup.

Configure SLT replication.
