Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer to fill an open position with one of our clients in the transportation and logistics industry. This contract-to-hire opportunity is designed for a senior IAM professional who is ready to play a pivotal role in strengthening and maturing an enterprise identity security program. In this position, you will collaborate closely with security, infrastructure, HR systems, and application teams to drive identity governance, access automation, and security best practices across the organization.
This role offers the unique opportunity to influence enterprise-wide security initiatives while serving as a technical leader for critical identity management technologies.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM).
- 3+ years of experience supporting an enterprise IAM/IGA platform, preferably Sail Point
- Working knowledge of identity protocols and integrations including: LDAP, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, SCIM, and REST APIs
- Experience with RBAC, access certifications, SSO, MFA, and PAM solutions.
