Job Description
- Oracle RMS critical Data/Schema knowledge
- Oracle RMS Item and Supplier Module expertise
- Manual / Functional Testing:
Lead end-to-end, SIT and module testing for Oracle RMS 16.x modules, specifically Item and Supplier. - Automation testing:
Setup the Automation framework, test scripts and data and manager automation testing of UI related functionalities - Merchandising Domain Expertise:
Apply strong functional knowledge of retail merchandising processes and how they are implemented in RMS. - Quality Assurance & Best Practices:
Establish and enforce testing best practices - Cross-Team
Collaboration:
Work closely with Functional Analysts and Business Stakeholders (e.g. merchandising, supply chain teams) to ensure adequate Test Covergae, test evidences, and Defect resolution. - Documentation & Governance:
Ensure all testing deliverables are well-documented.
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- Oracle RMS ver 16.x or higher
- Jira, QMetry
- Automation (Selenium, Karate Framework)
- Test Case, Test Scenario definition
- PL/SQL
- Oracle RMS critical Data/Schema knowledge
- Oracle RMS Item and Supplier Module expertise

Effectively manage a distributed development team model. - Team Leadership & Mentoring:
Lead a testing team (including onshore and offshore engineers) by providing testing direction and day-to-day guidance.
Bachelors Degree
