  • Develop data models, dimensional structures, and related database components supporting enterprise reporting and data warehouse requirements.
  • Monitor and support ETL processes for core business systems and the enterprise data warehouse.
  • Develop Power Shell scripts and automation to improve database administration, monitoring, and operational efficiency.
  • Evaluate emerging database and reporting technologies and lead technical initiatives involving external vendors and consultants.

  • Create and maintain database architecture, operational procedures, technical standards, and supporting documentation.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum activities and support enterprise change-management practices.
  • Mentor and provide technical guidance to developers and other technology professionals.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of professional information technology experience.

  • Experience designing and supporting database disaster recovery and high-availability solutions.
  • Hands-on Power Shell scripting and automation experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve complex database and production issues.
  • Experience establishing technical standards and providing architectural guidance to development and technology teams.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and leadership.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, a related technical discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
