• Specialized technology fields
• Experience directly related to IT disaster recovery and architecture.

• Disaster Recovery solutions architecture experience
• Recovery and resilience strategy
• Business Continuity / Disaster Recovery (BC/DR)
• IT Disaster Recovery and Automation
• Recovery management
• Architecture and engineering

• Hardware, software, and network integration
• Understanding of databases and peripherals
• Ability to translate business recovery objectives into technical solutions
• Ability to assess application and infrastructure recovery capabilities

• BC/DR certification preferred/required

• Work with application and infrastructure teams to solve business problems using available technology, including:

• Perform architecture reviews for applications based on:
• Business-aligned recovery objectives

• Ensure infrastructure patterns adequately support recovery compliance.

• Assess Humana on-premises and cloud applications for current configurations.
• Review application and infrastructure architecture from an IT disaster recovery perspective.

• Recommend and implement solution fixes.
• Assess recovery readiness and compliance.
• Evaluate the feasibility and worthiness of performing live recovery testing.
• Work with application and infrastructure groups to improve resilience and recovery capabilities.
• Support disaster recovery architecture and automation initiatives.
• Translate recovery objectives into actionable technical solutions.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure systems meet defined recovery objectives.
