Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and support Azure applications, infrastructure, and data platforms.
• Manage Azure Storage, SQL Database, App Services, Functions, Key Vault, Networking, and AKS.
• Troubleshoot Kubernetes pods, containers, deployments, and application workloads.
• Support Azure Dev Ops CI/CD pipelines, releases, service connections, and agent pools.
• Monitor and troubleshoot ETL, data integration, ingestion, and data movement workflows.
• Use Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Log Analytics, Grafana, and Splunk for observability.
• Handle incidents, perform RCA, develop CAPs, and support problem/change management.
• Automate operational tasks and improve platform reliability and monitoring.

Strong production support, troubleshooting, automation, and cloud operations experience.
