Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Manager, Digital Transformation – Med Tech R&D. This role can be located at any J&J Med Tech site and will work a Flex/Hybrid schedule with 3 days per week onsite. This position may require up to 20% travel domestically or internationally.
You will own the lifecycle of digital platforms across sector R&D, drive roadmaps, governance, and value realization, and work with PLM, Risk & Requirements, and digital thread enablement to enable scalable solutions.
