GRC Consultant
Lead end-to-end Service Now GRC/IRM and TPRM implementations. Gather business requirements and translate them into technical configurations, automated workflows, and dashboards. Configure forms, fields, business rules, client scripts, and Flow Designer within Service Now. Integrate Service Now GRC with other modules (ITSM, CMDB, Sec Ops) and external systems using REST or SOAP APIs. Facilitate risk assessments, control testing, and issue management processes.
Provide post-implementation support, user training, and documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications 3 to 6+ years of general Service Now platform experience with robust JavaScript proficiency. 2+ years of hands-on experience administering or implementing Service Now GRC/IRM modules. Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, SOX, HIPAA, or PCI-DSS. Experience with core platform tools including Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Business Rules, and Script Includes. Strong communication and client-facing stakeholder management skills.
