Role

Description:

Analyze current business processes, systems, and data to find inefficiencies and recommend solutions, which can be new products, services, workflows, or software.

Requirements Gathering. Elicit, document, and define user and business requirements for systems, services, or projects from various stakeholders.

Data Analysis. Interpret and analyze data to identify trends, validate ideas, and provide insights that support informed decision-making.

Process Documentation Improvement. Document existing processes and create new models and workflow analyses to improve current states and enhance efficiency.

Stakeholder Collaboration. Facilitate clear communication between business units, IT teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding throughout a project.

Agile Project Support. For Agile teams, BAs often craft and prioritize user stories, manage the product backlog, and ensure new features meet business value and project objectives.

Quality Assurance. Perform quality assurance checks at various stages of system development to ensure solutions meet requirements and usability standards.
