Digital Marketing Analytics Specialist

This position is hybrid, in the office, three days a week. Are you passionate about digital marketing and data analytics? Join our team and help manage, measure, and optimize campaigns on Kroger's advertising platform while turning data into actionable insights that drive business results.

What You'll Do

• Execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns.
• Analyze campaign performance and deliver data-driven recommendations.
• Manage analytics, tagging, pixels, and tracking tools.
• Conduct post-campaign analysis and identify optimization opportunities.
• Present insights and recommendations to clients and internal teams.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• One or more years of experience in digital analytics, marketing, or a related field.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Insights, or similar tools.
• Advanced Excel skills;
  Tableau or Power BI experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
