Job Description:
Insight Global is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support a large-scale servicing platform transformation initiative. This individual will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document detailed requirements related to customer search, authentication, transaction processing, and back-end data integrations. The ideal candidate brings strong data mapping expertise, exceptional documentation skills, and experience working across both Agile and Waterfall environments.
This is a long-term opportunity supporting multiple phases of a strategic portal program focused on improving customer servicing, operational efficiency, and future automation capabilities.
Responsibilities include:
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for Servicing Platform Portal initiatives
- Create detailed data mapping documentation between policy administration systems and domain services
- Support enterprise search and unified customer, producer, policy, and transaction view capabilities
- Document requirements for centralized notes, interaction history, transaction intake, and routing processes
- Collaborate with developers, testers, and fellow BAs throughout the project lifecycle
- Support early-stage automation and decisioning efforts aligned with STP initiatives
